This newly created role will play a crucial role in the growth of the Enterprise Services division of Melbourne IT.

Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Customer Solutions, we are looking for a dynamic individual who can bring to life our strategy, working with some of the best mobility, analytics and cloud professional service teams in the country. 

If successful, it will be your responsibility to build the marketing function in Enterprise Services from the ground up and execute the strategy and vision of the Senior Leadership team to drive growth through customer acquisition, retention and building long-lasting relationships.

Your role:

  • Build the Enterprise Services marketing function from the ground up
  • Understand, develop and implement strategy for Customer Acquisition & Retention
  • End to end Marketing Delivery across Enterprise Services
  • Establish relevant process and procedures aligned to enterprise services, and business outcomes
  • Work closely with key business stakeholders to meet and report on growth plans
  • Regular attendance and presentation at sales, planning and resourcing meetings
  • Establish, track and analyse metrics to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the ES Marketing function
  • Bring the Employer Brand and EVP to life
