About the role

The Contract Admin Manager, Enterprise Services, is a key member of the ES Operations team and has the primary responsibility for managing the administrative process through the ES business.

With the support of two Billing & Contract Administrators, the Contract Admin Manager is responsible for the checking and processing of all signed customer contracts in ES, as well as initiating billing processes and work requests into the business.

Initially, the role will have a heavy focus on consolidating and standardising process between areas of the business and will also bring responsibility for timesheet reporting within the Contract Admin team.  A strong emphasis on process integrity and reporting will be required in all of this.

As a leader in the ES Operations team, the Contract Admin Manager will also be expected to play a key role in understanding, communicating, improving and executing the strategy for ES Operations. Strong working relationships within the ES Operations team will be essential, as will similar relationships across the broader ES and Melbourne IT teams.

Knowledge, skills and experience

  • The successful candidate will be a finance/admin professional with experience leading a team of admin/clerical staff
  • The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role leading a team protecting the integrity of sales contracts and associated data (Desirable)

  • Computer literate – broad knowledge of window/Microsoft office required
  • Ability to ensure consistency of process/procedures & promote efficiencies
  • SalesForce, ServiceNow, billing system experience (Desirable)
