We are experiencing rapid growth in our Enterprise Services team who deliver world leading solutions for our clients across Mobile, Data and Cloud. This newly created role will lead a national team focussed on our goal to become the destination for digital talent.

Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, we are looking for a proven Talent Acquisition Leader based in Melbourne or Sydney that will lead a team of six and partner with our leaders to achieve our growth strategy and accelerate the transformation of our business.

Your role:

  • Build a strong partnership with the Head of Talent Acquisition and Enterprise Services (ES) Leadership Team to deliver on ambitious multi-state growth plans
  • Lead and coach a dedicated Talent Acquisition team across ES
  • End to end operational recruitment delivery
  • Focus on team engagement, performance, development and delivery
  • Establish relevant process and procedures aligned to an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience
  • Work closely with key business stakeholders to meet and report on headcount growth plans
  • Regular attendance and presentation at sales, planning and resourcing meetings
  • Establish, track and analyse metrics to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the ES TA team
  • Foster a collaborative team culture that involves all team members in attracting and securing top talent for the group
  • Bring the Employer Brand and EVP to life
