Your role:

Reporting to the GM of WME, the new Strategic Relationship Manager will play a key role in owning and driving all WME engagement with one of our key growth partners. The Relationship Manager is the primary business owner of this relationship and responsible for client satisfaction and revenue growth.

A particular focus will be placed on building and maintaining long-term relationships, and managing programmes and initiatives, that will drive enhanced consumer experience across all merchant channels.

What YOU get to do:

  • Own our end-to-end strategic relationship with a key channel, driving the success of their end-customers
  • Be responsible for managing appropriate WME resources to deliver the agreed work programmes
  • Develop and deliver the 'Channel Engagement Plan', outlining the Account Engagement processes managed by the Account Managers
  • Provide regular updates on end-client satisfaction, service level performance and other agreed KPIs
  • Create and own the strategic account plans for the portfolio and lead the cross-functional account team to deliver the programme
  • Listen to and understand business objectives, identifying how WME can add incremental value to the channel and deliver against growth objectives

What YOU will have:

  • Demonstrable track record of driving significant value through building long-term business relationships
  • Be self-motivated with a ’hands on’  proven ability to meet objectives and targets in a fast paced and results orientated environment
  • Possessing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing (or related field) is beneficial, but a proven track record in strategic relationship development is a must
  • Experience of managing large and complex digital marketing projects within technology environments would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, analytical, negotiation and presentation skills are imperative.
  • A solid understanding of online marketing services
  • Experience in exceeding commercial expectations in a customer portfolio management role
