The role

As our new Legal Counsel you will be responsible for providing quality and timely legal advice to support us on commercial agreements and relationships and help shape our company policy and procedures.

What YOU get to do:

  • Negotiate, draft and interpret commercial and IT agreements
  • Advise on data/privacy, consumer law, marketing and other related commercial matters
  • Identify and brief management on potential and actual legal exposure
  • Support General Counsel and liaise with external stakeholders

What YOU will have:

  • Admitted as a solicitor in NSW with at least 3 years post admission experience
  • The ability to work with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the online business services and technology industry desired but not essential
