Your Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join Results First, WME's Kiwi sister, and make a valuable contribution as a Performance Media Manager. You will be responsible for the effective management and campaign fulfillment of our client portfolio.

What YOU get to do:

  • Manage an existing portfolio of SEM and SEO clients – ranging from SMEs to blue chip
  • Set-up paid search campaign (keyword research, writing ad copy etc)
  • Oversee, implement and optimise paid-search campaigns with a heavy focus on achieving ROI
  • Project manage the setup and maintenance of SEO campaigns (no technical ability required).
  • Attend meetings with prospective and current clients
  • Regularly communicate and report on campaign progress and results to clients
  • Work closely with other team members to research all forms of Performance Media (including but not limited to Adwords, GDN, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Help members of the business development team to put together campaign idea and strategic proposals for all forms of Performance Media

What YOU will have:

  • Google Adwords qualification and experience in setting up and managing PPC (pay-per-click) campaigns
  • A high level of communication skills (verbal and written) coupled with a process driven approach and strong project and time management skills
  • Whilst not a prerequisite by any means, knoweldge of YouTube paid advertising and how to setup Conversion/Goal Tracking would be great. 
  • Google Analytics qualification would also be highly regarded
