By joining the Technology team as our Salesforce Developer, you will be integral to the design, development, delivery, maintenance and optimisation of bespoke solutions for the business, utilising various Salesforce and software technologies. This role will see you work on a range of exciting integration and business projects with various stakeholders group wide.
What YOU get to do: • Help translate business needs into solution design using the latest and most suitable Salesforce/Software functionality/capability. • Work on key projects across Melbourne IT Group to drive business optimisation and operational efficiencies. • Continuously improve and make recommendations on Salesforce applications/ solutions to ensure quality and optimisation. • Participate in the discovery, analysis, design and testing of new systems and processes. • Engage key business stakeholders to consult on best practice for Salesforce implementations • Use best practices to debug and maintain custom code as well as maintaining overall code coverage • Create knowledge base materials and technical documentation to empower and enable users
What YOU will have: • Salesforce DEV 401 Certified, ADM201 preferable • Hands on development experience supporting enterprise Salesforce implementation(s) working with apex, triggers, visualforce, force.com and SOQL • Demonstrated integration experience using integration tools and APIs working with REST and SOAP APIs • Deep understanding of Salesforce product suites such as Salesforce1, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, App Cloud Communities and AppExchange Solutions. Lightning experience a bonus • Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Ability to engage and influence a range of key stakeholders at all levels, in order to achieve business goals • An adaptable and proactive attitude, curiosity to learn new technologies
