As our Salesforce Administrator, you will utilise your Salesforce expertise, applied commercial experience and problem solving ability to design, build, support, deliver and maintain bespoke business solutions using various Salesforce and Software technologies. As a subject matter expert, you will help make ideas a reality and help drive the overall adoption of the platform - for a business, which has ambitious plans for rapid growth and evolution.
What YOU get to do:
Daily support, administration and maintenance of Salesforce CRM, customisations, apps and certain integrated platforms. You will be a first point of contact for users and will participate in the overall resolution of support requests and incidents.
Collaborate with users, management and technical SMEs in defining, analysing and designing new processes, functions and systems from requirements or technical specifications for projects.
Build, configure and deliver custom solutions in Salesforce including integration points between Salesforce and other backend/business systems/software.
Be proactive in recommending new features and improvements which improve user experience, integrations and process automation.
Ensure solutions are fit for purpose and aligned to strategic objectives.
Assist in the installation, configuration and launch of AppExchange Apps.
Maintain full data management across Salesforce.
Develop, create and maintain custom reports/dashboards.
Manage deployment/change management between sandbox & production. Maintain sandbox instances.
Collaborate with stakeholders in UAT and training where needed.
Co-create the environment, policies and best practices in which you work.
What YOU will have:
Applied administration or development experience supporting a Salesforce implementation/s in configuration and administration, which utilises Sales or Service Cloud.
Understanding of the SDLC and CRM best practices.
Knowledge of the differing Salesforce product suites.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.
Excellent problem solving and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in an agile environment.
An adaptable, curious and proactive attitude.
Comfortable challenging the status quo.
Tertiary qualified, Salesforce certified ideal (ADM 201, DEV 401).
Hands on development experience using Apex classes, triggers, visualforce, force.com, lightning, SOQL, web services and APIs.
Knowledge of database, data structures and data integration.
Integration experience with other platforms.
Previous experience with marketing automation platforms.
Knowledge of agile/scrum delivery methodology.
