Your role: As our Salesforce Administrator, you will utilise your Salesforce expertise, applied commercial experience and problem solving ability to advise, build, support, deliver and maintain bespoke business solutions using various Salesforce and software technologies group wide.
What YOU get to do: • Day to day administration and maintenance of Salesforce CRM, customisations, apps and certain integrated platforms • Provide users with technical support, troubleshooting and participate in the overall resolution of help requests. • Build and deliver custom solutions in Salesforce including integration points between Salesforce and other backend systems/software. • Collaborate with users, management and technical SMEs in defining, analysing and designing new processes and systems from requirements. • Build applications based on technical specifications as well as provide recommendations. • Assist in the installation, configuration and launch of AppExchange Apps • Provide support for all custom business reporting • Maintain full data management across Salesforce
What YOU will have: • Salesforce ADM201 Certified, DEV401 a bonus • Previous administration experience supporting a Salesforce implementation/s which utilises Service or Sales cloud. Applied configuration experience working with workflows, process builders etc • A strong understanding of the Salesforce product suites such as Salesforce1, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, App Cloud Communities, AppExchange Solutions. Lightning experience a bonus. • Previous experience with marketing automation technologies and active directory is highly advantageous • Excellent communication skills, written & verbal • The ability to communicate technical concepts to both business and technical audiences. • A problem solving mentality that is required to analyse, solve and translate complex problems for a variety of stakeholders • The ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a fast paced and rapid delivery environment • An adaptable and proactive attitude, curiosity to learn new technologies
