Your role:
By joining the WME arm of the business as our new Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing existing clients and growing your portfolios revenue by building customer relationships and presenting solutions where possible.
 
What YOU get to do:
• Own your sales cycle end to end
• Meet and exceed sales targets and individual KPIs
• Identify new business opportunities and develop a qualified pipeline of new target growth opportunities
• Upsell existing services and cross sell new services to existing customers
• Provide exceptional customer service and create genuine partnerships with future clients.
• Prepare client proposals and manage all client communication effectively
• Effectively manage escalations as they arise
 
What YOU will have:
• 3+ years’ experience in solution sales 
• Demonstrated success in a BDM and/or Account Management role
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Skilled in building a sales pipeline
• An ability to build rapport, trust and integrity with a range of stakeholders
• A high degree of accountability and attention to detail
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• The ability to develop creative and innovative solution-selling strategies and plans
