Your role:
By joining the WME arm of the business as our new Lead Designer, you will own the design strategy and make creative decisions across a high level of web design, graphic and interactive design work. Leading the design team you will successfully manage and delegate design tasks as well as enable their development, improving the quality and quantity of what is delivered as a team.
 
What YOU get to do:
• Lead, coach and enable a team of in-house designers
• Successfully manage the communication with potential and current clients
• Successfully delegate and manage design tasks across a diverse range of clients
• Make senior decisions for the design team and collaborate on high spend clients
• Partner with key stakeholders to deliver the successful construction and design on high priority or high spend clients
• Make disruptive design decisions to meet and exceed the expectations of your clients
• Teach and develop the junior to mid-level design team
 
What YOU will have:
• 4+ years UI/UX design experience, with previous team leadership experience
• A proven track record of delivering outcomes on time and on budget 
• Experience managing designers to achieve outcomes through others
• Previous experience across websites, mobile, landing pages, banner ads, eDMs and video
• Expert Adobe Creative Suite user
• Experience in html, xhtml, CSS, JavaScript and Flash banner ad creation
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work in an agile environment
