Your Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the WME arm of the business and make a valuable contribution as our Senior Manager – Web Delivery. Reporting to the Head of WME you will be responsible for the project management, development and operation teams who manage and coordinate the delivery of projects for our clients. Providing high level strategy for the operations and delivery function and being a change agent and acting as a catalyst for transformation will see you succeed in this role.

What YOU get to do:

  • Develop a delivery capability in line with business strategy
  • Lead the delivery teams and resources within operations
  • Develop a holistic governance and reporting function that offers increased engagement, transparency and accountability
  • Work with high profile clients
  • Deliver agreed programs of work to ensure customer satisfaction
  • P&L ownership for the Operations business
  • Help us transition to a truly agile model of delivery

What YOU will have:

  • Core knowledge around project management methodologies
  • Proven digital/web experience
  • Experience with an agile environment, preferably in a similar size business
  • Demonstrated people, change, project and program leadership experience
  • Experience in engaging multiple key stakeholders
  • Strong reporting capability including budgeting and forecasting
  • A winning and engaging attitude
