 About the role:

By joining the team and becoming our new Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for the analysis/validation of data, development of workflow processes and operational system testing and execution. This role supports and influences stakeholders, working collaboratively with the data, development and project teams to ensure continuous quality and efficient operational output.

 What YOU get to do:

  • Consult as business SME to delivery during project planning
  • Help transition an agile model of operational execution.
  • Resolve operational service issues
  • JIRA task management (schedules, risk/issue/decision, task tracking)
  • Development and execution of QA process, ensuring minimal errors at all times
  • Data validation and analysis

What YOU will have:

  • Familiarity with platform, tools and applications used by the operations team, including standard analytical tools and practices
  • Demonstrated Experience with SQL databases including querying, manipulation of data, analysis and reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Experience working on large and small projects
