Your role: By joining the WME arm of the business as our new Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating multiple website design and development projects on behalf of clients, on time, budget and quality. In this client facing role, you will use your excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with our clients, all while coordinating project delivery. You will have good understanding how websites function, people user habits and an understanding of the code/technologies required to build them.
What YOU get to do: • Project coordination of internal resources (Designers and Developers) • Communicating regularly with the client to provide project updates • Maintenance of project notes and client requirements • Set and follow strict project schedules • Documenting and actioning and decisions during the project life cycle • Ensuring project deadlines are met on budget • Handling project change requests • Facilitating and reporting on monthly project updates for internal stakeholders
What YOU will have: • 3+ years of experience working within project coordination space within Web and Digital services • Experience working with WordPress platform • Experience working on small to medium projects • Excellent organization skills • Effective communication skills - be able to problem solve and negotiate • Effective stakeholder management skills to act as the liaison between designers, developers and clients
