Your role:

By joining the team as our new Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating client requirements and project delivery by working with our in house team of designers and developers.

What YOU get to do:

  • Project coordination of internal resources (Designers and Developers)
  • Communicate regularly with the client to provide project updates
  • Maintenance of project notes and client requirements
  • Set and follow strict project schedules
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met on budget
  • Handling project change requests
  • Coordinating client face to face meetings where required
  • Maintaining monthly project updates for internal stakeholders

What YOU will have:

  • 3-5 Years of experience working as a project coordinator within Web and Digital services
  • Experience working with WordPress platform
  • Experience working on small to medium projects
  • Ability to tackle client requirements whilst keeping project profitable
  • Effective communication skills - be able to problem solve and negotiate
  • A current Australian Drivers license is required for this role
