We’re seeking a proven leader with extensive enterprise sales leadership experience to build and lead Australia’s pre-eminent digital solutions sales organisation for the enterprise market. This position requires a combination of strategic planning, tactical execution and proven leadership skills.

Our ideal candidate will have a breadth and depth of domain experience including general management, pre-sales, solution selling and account management as well as experience in the technology industry.

  • Build and lead an exceptional team with a focus on new customer acquisition and growth within existing accounts to ensure we exceed our desired targets
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop the strategy for the sales organisation in line with our Mobile, Analytics, Cloud and Security Practice strategies
  • Collaborate with the Practice teams to define and commercialise our next generation of innovative enterprise solutions
  • Build and nurture C-level relationships across the Enterprise Market to solidify our partnerships
  • Hire world class talent and deliver ongoing management, coaching, mentoring and development of the sales team
  • Lead sales enablement initiatives including sales process development and ongoing training in best practices
  • Partner with marketing in the development of client and practice focused narratives, content and pitches that enable the sales team to communicate our value to prospects and clients
  • Deliver insights on industry trends and market activities to senior leadership

What you bring to the role:

  • Proven track record in building, leading and transforming enterprise sales teams
  • Strong consultative / solution selling and customer relationship management experience focusing on Enterprise B2B customer segment
  • Significant experience in engaging and facilitating dialogue with C-level and senior executives
  • Highly influential communication and negotiation skills that are leveraged to address complex business issues and opportunities
  • Exceptional commercial acumen including high level of proficiency in forecasting, planning, and budgeting.
  • Strong aptitude in complex problem solving, strategic planning and tactical execution in ambiguous and evolving environments.
