Your role:

By joining the team as our new Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing existing clients and growing your portfolios revenue by building customer relationships and presenting solutions where possible.

What YOU get to do:

  • Upsell existing services and cross sell new services to existing customers through phone and face to face meetings
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers
  • Develop a qualified pipeline of new target growth opportunities
  • Present a range of online services to new and existing customers

What YOU will have:

  • Demonstrated working experience in a previous Sales/Account Management role
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding set targets
  • Effective communication skills - be able to problem solve and negotiate
  • Creative solution-selling skills
