Your role:

As our new Senior Marketing Manager, Acquisition you will deliver a customer acquisition strategy that increases new sales through the website and generates new customer leads for the solution sales team.

What YOU get to do:

  • Own and deliver the “new online” sales target
  • Deliver inbound leads to the Solution Sales teams
  • Deliver a segment-based acquisition strategy
  • Work with Product team to deliver GTM product plans through acquisition programs
  • Work with Content and Marketing Technology teams to deliver acquisition customer journeys
  • Manage PPC, SEO & Performance Media agencies.
  • Ownership of the Customer Acquisition marketing budget

What YOU will have:

  • Strong experience in Marketing, preferably in financial services, tech or eCommerce
  • Hands on with a track record of delivering leading customer marketing programs
  • A highly commercial and results oriented mindset
  • The ability to thrive in an environment of continuous change and complexity
  • A smart, adaptable, self-starter demeanor with a strong sense of ownership and proactive, “can do” attitude
