About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity join our team as our Sales Team Leader. You will be responsible for the performance of the team who drive business success through innovative technology solutions. As a Team Leader, you will partner with Online Solutions Advisors to support their development and ability to identify strategic opportunities in the market.
Please note this is a 3 month fixed term contract with potential for permanency.
Mentor and develop a sales team by living the company values
Provide strategic direction and support through data and customer analysis
Manage team performance and develop tactical operational plans
Achieve revenue targets and contribute towards portfolio growth
Be a cultural champion and lead engagement initiatives with your team
Experience developing and coaching sales consultants
Strong commercial acumen and results oriented

Ability to manage operational efficiency when involving customer interactions
