Your role:

As our Marketing Analyst and reporting into the Head of Marketing you will be a key member of the Marketing Leadership team. You will drive data-driven decision making that requires a strong commercial acumen, an understanding of marketing and a passion for turning numbers into actionable insights.

What YOU get to do:

  • Build a common marketing data set from multiple sources across the business
  • Develop a marketing dashboard to measure performance
  • Provide insights into customer behaviour patterns through data analysis
  • Work closely with Marketing Managers to develop campaign targets and reporting
  • Analysis of sales results and variances to budget and providing insights/commentary
  • Assist the CRM team in developing a customer segmentation and value growth model

What YOU will have:

  • Degree qualified in Marketing, business or related discipline
  • Experience with building reports in and extracting data from data platforms i.e. BI/ERP/CRM/Marketing Automation etc
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, industry (highly desirable)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into insights
