Our talent acquisition team is growing! We are looking for an energetic coordinator to help enable our people processes, our culture and our team - in short, to help to create the candidate and employee experience that will continue to make the Melbourne IT Group a great place to work.
Reporting to a Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll support the end to end talent acquisition process.
Proactively manage and schedule candidate interviews
Develop enticing job advertisements and ensure they are appropriately published on internal and external job boards
Coordinate talent acquisition experiences including community engagement events, meetups and university career fairs.
Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure that our new hires have a stellar start to their employment experience
What you bring to the table:
Prior experience in a coordination or administration role - in house or recruitment agency support experience preferred
Attention to detail, top-notch organisation skills and the ability manage multiple activities.
Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly. Knowledge of Google and Microsoft environments, ATS and HRIS systems.
Stand out communication, including exceptional grammar and proofreading skills
Unflappable professional demeanor and desire to work in a fast paced technology environment.
