Your Role:

We have a newly created role for you as Project Management Lead. Reporting to the Head of Delivery you will be responsible for leading the project management team under the technology delivery function. You will play a key part in ensuring your team and other associate roles (as required) manage and coordinate successful projects within the delivery space.


What YOU get to do:

  • Roll out a technology project management & delivery capability
  • Lead a small team of project management resources within Technology
  • Work with business units managing competing priority and resource requirements
  • Contribute to development of communication framework for project delivery
  • Ensuring projects undertaken confirm to project management governance frameworks and are clearly tracked and reported upon
  • Helping us transition to a truly agile model of delivery

What YOU will have:

  • Core knowledge around project management methodologies (waterfall & agile)
  • Experience with an agile environment, preferably Kanban
  • Experience in change management practices and people leadership through times of transformation
  • Demonstrated people and project leadership experience
  • Strong reporting capability including forecasting and ability to own the risk management and compliance function of the program
