Your Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for you to step in and make a valuable contribution as our Head of Delivery - Technology (12 Month Fixed Term Contract). Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer you will be responsible for project management, scrum, business analysis, data and operations teams who manage and coordinate the delivery of projects across the wider Technology group. Providing high level strategy for the Technology Delivery function and being a change agent and acting as a catalyst for transformation will see you succeed in this role.

What YOU get to do:

  • Develop a delivery capability in line with strategy that will be applied initially within technology, but can be extended to wider business
  • Lead the delivery teams and resources within Technology
  • Develop a holistic governance and reporting function that offers increased engagement, transparency and accountability etc
  • Work with business units managing competing priority and resource requirements
  • Building a communication framework for delivery work that can be applied to the wider business
  • Deliver agreed programs of work
  • Help us transition to a truly agile model of delivery

What YOU will have:

  • Core knowledge around project management methodologies
  • Experience with an agile environment, preferably Kanban and application over multiple work teams and project streams
  • Demonstrated people, change, project and program leadership experience
  • Experience in engaging multiple key stakeholders to 'C' level
  • Strong reporting capability including budgeting and forecasting
  • A winning and engaging attitude
