As one of our Online Solutions Advisors you will sell appropriate digital solutions to assist and solve customer needs. Having proven experience in the B2B/B2C space and the ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions will ensure your success in this role
· Adhering to individual targets agreed by you and your team leader
· Manage sales calls, assess and sell appropriate solution/s
· Manage leads from within CRM tool and build a sales pipeline
· Ensure an excellent customer experience by understanding their needs and delivering appropriately
