Your role:

 As our new Head of Product, Digital Marketing, you will lead the Product team through a market-driven approach; developing innovative solutions which enable growth and success for our clients.

What YOU get to do:

  • Define the product strategy, ensuring the development of innovative, attractive and profitable solutions
  • Manage the product suite across 'Solutions and Components', from strategic planning to launching tactical activities
  • Develop and deliver annual operating plans for each product line
  • Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all functional areas to execute

What YOU will have:

  • Product strategy development experience, including development and delivery of product roadmaps
  • Strong commercial skills, with exposure to managing product financials
  • Analytical skills – with the ability to interpret data and communicate it in a meaningful way to stakeholders, providing recommendations and solutions
  • Proven ability to develop business justification for product development and investment
