 Your role:

As a Customer Care Consultant, you will assist our front line Technical Support team in providing Melbourne IT customers with an effortless experience.

 Your key responsibilities:

  • Provide Technical Support to our website and email hosting customers
  • Manage escalations raised by our offshore customer service teams
  • Mentor and support an offshore Technical Support partner and their team
  • Present suggestions for improvement of service engagements, processes and systems
  • Champion change and drive process improvement throughout BAU and project-related work

 What you will have:

  • The desire to be innovative and not accept the status quo
  • The aptitude to understand and apply technical concepts
  • The ability to work collaboratively whilst also taking ownership of personal results and performance
  • A can do, proactive attitude
  • Customer obsession
  • Previous customer service experience (in any field)
