Your Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for you to step in and make a valuable contribution as our Head of Brand & Communications (on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract). Reporting to the Chief Brand, People & Culture Officer you will be responsible for the implementation of the brand strategy, which is in service of building a market leading brand – as a business, and as an employer.

What YOU get to do:

  • Administer brand management including ownership of the brand identity
  • Brand creation and building awareness (corporate, go to market and employer)
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to drive innovation in brand and content marketing with the objective of building thought leadership
  • Strategy and management of communications - internal and external
  • Ensure successful PR management alongside the PR agency
  • Strategic direction and implementation of events (internal & external)
  • Effective management and leveraging the Group’s Social Media presences to build the brand

What YOU will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (preferably in Financial Services, Tech or Telco)
  • Proven experience in awareness creation and brand management (new and existing) across corporate, go-to-market and employer brands
  • Demonstrated experience creating and driving communication strategies
  • Solid track record driving sequential PR results and leveraging creative strategic partnerships
  • Experience developing innovative marketing campaigns (internal and external) that drive awareness in line with a powerful brand identity
  • Superb people leadership skills, high EQ, with ability to champion cultural and organisational change
