Your Role:

This is a stellar opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate to build their career in Office Administration. This highly visible role is the first point of contact to clients, candidates, and employees. Our ideal candidate will be able to skillfully multi-task a variety of duties while maintaining a positive attitude and high degree of professionalism.

  • Full reception duties - phones, calendars, event and meeting coordination, travel coordination and booking
  • Office Administration including scheduling of office resources, maintenance of staff amenities, and coordination of workplace health and safety
  • Organise equipment and set up for new employees
  • Ad Hoc Administrative duties

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in Reception, Office administration, or Customer Service in an office environment.
  • Unflappable phone demeanor and customer service skills
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills including grammar and usage
  • Top-notch time management and organisation skills
  • Common sense and ability to exercise sound judgement
  • High degree of discretion and ability to maintain complete confidentiality
  • Tech and computer savvy with experience using Google Docs desirable
