Your Role:

Reporting to the Project Management Lead, you will be accountable for the delivery of one or more strategic, business focused projects, whether they are stand‐alone or within a Program structure. If you are a seasoned Project Coordinator and/ or a Project Manager who enjoys leading and delivering on medium to large size projects then this could be the role for you.

What YOU get to do:

  • Successfully deliver key business projects end to end  - taking ownership of the definition, documentation, and delivery 
  • Define the scope to ensure outcomes and expected benefits are clearly articulated and aligned to the business strategy
  • Define project objectives, delivery strategies, work streams and products 
  • Effective management of key internal and external stakeholders in the delivery of the projects
  • Identify, assess, and manage the risks to the success of the project including dependencies across projects, political, business impact, market impact, and technical complexity
  • Ensure that realistic project, budget, schedule, risk/issue, quality, change, communications and training plans are prepared and maintained 
  • Comply with the governance processes and educate key stakeholders on best practise

What YOU will have:

  • Solid project coordination and/or management experience  - ideally balancing multiple projects within complex organisations   
  • Extensive project lifecycle experience understanding the planning and delivery of projects in its entirety 
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and management skills up to C level 
  • Strong change management, influencing and negotiation skills 
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • An ability to work effectively and thrive in an agile team environment
  • The ability to navigate through ambiguity
  • A proactive, can do attitude
