The Role

The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for managing a select territory of key enterprise and government clients. The Enterprise Account Manager is a senior, strategic and commercial role focused on identifying opportunities and selling Cloud, Analytics and Mobile solutions to our clients that enhance the way our clients engage with their customers, ensuring our ongoing value and partnership with our key clients.

 

Responsibilities

  • Sell solutions across established (Cloud, Analytics, Mobile & Security) and emerging (AI, VR / AR, Chatbots, Machine Learning) technologies
  • Develop executive relationships across your strategic accounts
  • Build a strong understanding of our clients’ market and strategy
  • Develop intimate knowledge of our tech solutions with your clients
  • Resign, grow and ideate with our Practices to enhance and evolve our existing engagements with our clients
  • Providing Thought Leadership to our Clients on their digital strategy
  • Engage with our Marketing and Innovation teams to identify and sell emerging technology solutions
  • Maintaining records in CRM (Salesforce), including providing timely and accurate forecasting of opportunities and projects within existing accounts

  • Strong Tech knowledge with the capacity to provide thought leadership to clients on their digital strategy
  • Commercial Acumen, particularly on the value of our Professional and Managed Services provided to clients 
  • Exceptional Market and industry knowledge
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated Strategic acumen
  • Exceptional networking skills with established executive relationships
